| Abstract |
In this paper, we design and produce AFM peripheral, and then executing the procedure of carbon nanotubes that are homogeneous dispersed on the Si wafer surface. Finally, we express these results by AFM equipment. We execute two kinds of operation modes by AFM equipment. One of them is carbon nanotubes that pushed by AFM tip. The other is the deposition of carbon nanotubes attracted by chemical groups deposited by dip pen nanolithography(DPN). Both of the procedures exhibit the operation technology of carbon nanotubes. |
