| Abstract |
This study intends to examine the study on the effect of Math learning and Math learning of cognitive level, affective level, and skill level. The research object consists of two classes of second grade students in Elementary School in Yunlin County. A total number of 62 students from two classes in the research¡Ð31 students had been chosen as the experimental group which received the Digital Learning Materials and 31 treated as the contrast group, receiving regular Math teaching method. The total program lasted for six lessons, with forty minutes per lesson . This study adopted a pretest-posttest non-equivalent-control-group design¡Ðusing the one-wayanalysis of covariance (ANCOVA) to examine the differences betwe en the two groups, and the pre- and post-experiment scores on the Math Achievement Test and the Scale of affection questionnaire in Math, intending to determine how different teaching methods affect the students¡¦ performance in these two variables. The main findings were: 1. The experimental group on the post -test of Math Learning Achievement and affection questionnaire are higher than the pre-test . 2. The experimental group¡¦s Math Learning Achievement Test is significantly higher than that of the contrast group. 3. There was no significant difference on student' Math learning Achievement Test of cognitive level effects between the two groups. 4. The experimental group¡¦s Math Learning Achievement Test of skill level is significantly higher than that of the contrast group. 5. The experimental group¡¦s Math Learning Achievement Test of affective level is significantly higher than that of the contrast group. In the final chapter, the researcher makes discussion on the above findings and brings forward some suggestions for future studies and application in Math teaching. |
